Nathan Johnson

Nathan – a Minnesota native whose wanderlust has inspired him to set down roots in both California and Colorado – has built an extensive resume in business operations and strategy drawing from opportunities unique to the communities he calls “home.” Having started as an entrepreneur at a young age, his experience spans many high-profile and consumer staple industries such as technology, petroleum, commercial logistics, and manufacturing. Nathan spearheads tactical vision and strategy relating to business transactions, operations, and strategy for MAISON BLOOM.

In his most recent role, he managed a global operations team for Hewlett Packard (HP), a Fortune 500 Company, where he and his team grew and optimized a real estate portfolio of over $500M across 62 countries. Previous to HP, Nathan served as COO of luxury fashion brand JAKE where he led the operations and finance teams, spearheaded partnerships, and grew the company to $10M+ in revenues. Prior to JAKE, Nathan was a business strategist for Marathon Petroleum overseeing the merger and integration of two multi-billion dollar refineries in Southern California.

Nathan holds a BS from University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
