WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

For standard shipping, we pack these orders within (1) to (2) weekdays and then shipping typically takes (1) to (4) business days to arrive to you, depending on where you live. Keep in mind that depending on the timing of your order, it can take up to five business days total to arrive at your doorstep. Packages are not shipped out on the weekends, so orders placed Friday through Sunday will be packaged on Monday. We do not ship out on holidays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY THIRD ATTEMPT FOR DELIVERY TO HOME?

Please contact your carrier to redirect to a hub before it is returned or reach out to our team for your resend option. If your package is returned to our warehouse after 3 missed delivery attempts, you will NOT receive a refund. If you choose to resend your package, you will have to pay an additional $25 fee.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships along with the associated tracking number. Please use this number to track your shipment in as close to real-time as possible. If you prefer to be updated throughout the process, carriers provide an update option that you can opt into that will keep you up to date as your package is in transit to your doorstep.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE?

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel orders once they are placed because we process them so quickly. If you have any questions, please email conceirge@avecbloom.com and describe your situation. A Maison Bloom representative will get back to you as quickly as possible.

I PLACED MY ORDER BUT MY ADDRESS IS WRONG – WHAT CAN I DO?

Contact our team at concierge@avecbloom.com ASAP and we will see if we are able to change your address before your order has been processed.

If your order has already been processed by our third party fulfillment team, you will need to adjust your address or redirect your package via UPS MyChoice or FedEx Delivery Manager. If your redirect is unsuccessful, we can resend your order after processing our $25 resend fee.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR MY ORDER IS INCORRECT?

Please email us at concierge@avecbloom.com with the details of the damages/incorrect aspect(s) of your order and at least one photo clearly showing the damaged/incorrect order.

REFUND + RETURN POLICY

We provide free returns and refunds on products purchased directly from our website within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, and your order must be in the same condition in which you received it. After the 14-day period, partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company. Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to exchange items from your orders at this time.

To initiate a return, please first contact Customer Service at concierge@avecbloom.com with your order number, the reason for requesting the return, and any necessary photos to get things underway.

AN OVERVIEW OF OUR STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS:

2. Refunds beyond the 14-day threshold will be made at the discretion of MAISON BLOOM.
3. Please make sure you have your online order number from our website included when you contact Customer Service so that we can best assist you with your return.
4. Please package the items you are returning carefully in the original packaging or in another secure manner and include the invoice or order slip.
5. Once you receive your return label(s) from Customer Service, please affix these to the outside packaging and be sure to drop the return off with the associated carrier within 72 hours to ensure timely processing of your return and requested refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a return notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND:

1. We cannot accept returns on items that are not purchased directly from MAISON BLOOM. For products purchased from a third-party (e.g., brick and mortar store or online distributor), please see the relevant return and refund policies associated with that third-party and follow their prescribed procedures if applicable. 2. Free shipping will be provided for all returns within the United States of America, with the exclusion of any territories, holdings, other land or vessels, and military bases outside of the 50 states.
3. We will not refund or replace items for products purchased from unauthorized sellers (eBay, Groupon, etc.).
4. We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders for any reason.
