Parisian Caramel Butter

Ingredients

THC NOTE: You can substitute the Potli Extra Feel Good CBD Honey with a THC infused honey OR you can add any THC extraction/emulsion to your desired level

Directions

  1. Over medium heat, add the butter and sugar to a large saucepan or pot.
  2. Let the butter and sugar melt together, stirring often with a wooden spoon. It takes a few minutes for everything to get smooth and incorporated, so be patient.
  3. When the mixture is a rich brown, remove it from the heat.
  4. Slowly pour in the cream, stirring constantly, until smooth. Be careful: It may bubble and sputter.
  5. Mix in the salt, and vanilla or balsamic vinegar, if using.
  6. Serve warm, or let cool, and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
